What they do: Tiny Tim's Children's Centre is based in Coventry city centre and provides free therapy sessions to children with disabilities and special needs. As part of their fundraising efforts, they have a soft play area with café which is open to the public, where most of the eight employed staff work.

How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: A comprehensive Health Needs Assessment was undertaken. Interventions and incentives were put into place through a period of uncertainty during the Covid 19 pandemic which were received positively by staff.

All policies and procedures have been reviewed and amended where necessary to fall in line with the Thrive at Work criteria, this resulted in the integration of the Health and Wellbeing Policy alongside the appointment of a wellbeing champion.

Physical activity has been promoted with the cycle to work scheme which has led to the installation of cycle racks on site for those wishing to cycle to work.
