How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: Implementing Thrive has promoted a culture of awareness towards health and welfare, for both the business and our employees. The message was to encourage employees to become more physically active and socially active through involvement in initiatives. The business has modernised many policies including flexible working and volunteering. They have introduced mental health first aiders, free fruit, encouraged and supported smokers to stop and signposting to information and guidance and support services.
