How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: A joint effort with Laila starting and Maggie finishing their bronze level award, Stratford on Avon District Council realised that although they were already doing a lot around health and wellbeing with their staff there was no clear policy that sat behind this work. They have introduced respect champions around mental health and continued with as many initiatives as possible switching to Zoom when COVID meant in person activities were not permitted. Having completed their accreditation, they definitely made you feel
they were an organisation you would choose to work for
