How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: At Moor Hall health and wellbeing have become a priority and the employees have appreciated what has been done. They continue to roll out initiatives in order to embed health and wellbeing as part of their culture. They have seen staff turnover and absence levels reduce. They are more conscious of absence trends and can now support employees more effectively. The introduction of wellbeing discussions amongst employees also helps resolve any underlying issues and provides a forum for open discussions with line managers or HR. Mental Health First Aid training has been provided for all senior managers, mental health awareness training for all line managers, and an employee assistance programme for all staff.
