Foundation Level Awards
Our Foundation Level was launched in 2021, in response to feedback from our accredited organisations. The Thrive at Work Foundation Level provides a simpler approach to start the journey to become a better wellbeing focused organisation and drive improvements in health and wellbeing in the workplace and home working environment.
Every employer who achieves the Foundation Level are recognised with the Thrive at Work ‘Workplace Wellbeing’ certificate and logo. This award is in recognition of their commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of employees. Organisations are then eligible to continue with the remaining criteria to gain Bronze level accreditation.
