What They Do: Coventry and Rugby & Warwickshire North CCG's are responsible for planning, organising, and buying NHS-funded healthcare for around 466,500 people in the Coventry and Rugby areas.

How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: Whilst working towards Thrive with four bases across Coventry and Warwickshire, plus home workers they wanted to make sure they reached every member of staff. They achieved this by creating a team of enthusiastic Wellbeing Warriors, with representation from across all bases, with the Director of Operations in place as the Wellbeing Lead. This ensured the wellbeing message was on the agenda at all team meetings and is a standing item at the Staff Forum. They also signed up for the Time to Change Mental Health Employer Pledge with the intention of reducing stigma and changing attitudes towards mental ill-health, by creating a safe and positive environment where staff feel comfortable and supported in speaking out about mental health issues.

They also produce an informative and fun wellbeing e-newsletter for staff focussed on a different theme for each edition, which ties into national awareness days.
