Our new Thrive at Work Foundation Level offers a simple way to improve your staff wellbeing
We recognise that for some businesses, achieving the Thrive at Work Bronze level award wasn’t easy so we have listened and developed a simpler approach to start the journey to become a better wellbeing focused organisation and drive improvements in health and wellbeing in the workplace and home working environment.
Our new Thrive at Work Foundation level consists of an easy 5 step approach, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the current position of the organisation, the mental and physical wellbeing of your workforce and any lasting impacts as a result of the COVID19 pandemic.
Evidence suggests that completion of these steps will launch your organisation in the right direction you need to travel from the outset. It will ensure you have identified the needs of both your employees and your organisation and have developed a robust action plan with a structured wellbeing programme in place. Your action plan and wellbeing programme will form the foundation for your journey to Bronze Level accreditation of the Thrive at Work Award.
Every employer who achieves the Foundation Level First Steps will be recognised with the Thrive at Work ‘Working Towards’ certificate and logo. This new award demonstrates that you are committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of your employees through a planned approach.
On completion of signing up to the Thrive at Work programme a toolkit of resources will be supplied as well as help and guidance from the Thrive at Work Accreditation Team to complete the following simple 5 steps:
- Step 1: Establish a system for recording information
- Step 2: Gather information and data
- Step 3: Assess and analyse information
- Step 4: Communicate findings and key priorities to senior management
- Step 5: Identify interventions, communicate and take action
