We're helping to fund several public events held across the region that will be broadcasting the King's Coronation live on Saturday 6 May.

Fancy joining in the fun? Check out these destinations for free screenings of the coronation in the West Midlands.
1) Centenary Square, Birmingham
This free event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with a large screen showing the Coronation and Sunday's concert.
You'll also be able to watch live music and dance acts throughout both days, with food and drink outlets and rides for small kids.
2) Broadgate, Coventry
On Saturday, a giant screen will be put up to broadcast the build-up to and the ceremony itself.
Deck chairs and picnic benches will be placed across the square for the free event.
3) Himley Hall, Dudley
Dudley Council’s large screening of the Coronation on Saturday will be a picnic in the park style event in the grounds of the historic Himley Hall, so bring your own drinks and snacks.
Himley Hall is a 18th Century building set amongst 180 acres of 'Capability' Brown landscaped parkland.
Once the family home to the Earls of Dudley and host to royalty such as The Prince of Wales, later Edward VIII, who spent his last weekend there before his abdication.
4) Sandwell Valley Showground, West Bromwich
Sandwell Council is hosting a Big Lunch picnic with the Mayor at 4pm on Sunday, followed by a live, free screening of the King's Coronation Concert.
5) The Core, Solihull town centre
On Saturday, the proceedings will be shown on two screens in the town centre. The Core is also hosting a free Coronation Afternoon Tea and there will be pop-up activities in the town centre over the weekend.

In addition to our funding, part of more than £1 million made available by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, will help support two further events.
6) Wolverhampton
City of Wolverhampton Council is hosting a city centre event and giving a Coronation theme to an arts festival taking place on the day.
7) Walsall
Walsall Council enable local celebrations, including street parties, to take be staged and to support screenings by community groups.
