Deputy Care Manager

What is it?

This is a progression role for those already in a team leader/senior/supervisory role.

Duties

• Manage, lead and set an example to your team.
• Rota management
• Update care plans
• Liaise with families and health care professionals
• Keep up to date with CQC 
• Always strive for excellence.
