Buzz Stop

Spectra is an arts organisation which specialises in supporting neurodiverse young people.

Projects are co-produced with neurodiverse actors and artists. They have produced 13 shows performed at venues around the West Midlands.

Spectra also has a focus on nature connectedness and since 2021 has grown to include outdoor education and installation. This has included the project Abundance which involved installing a garden and play space outside Birmingham's City Hospital.

The Buzz Stop project builds on the success of Abundance and will involve installing a biodiverse pocket park at Sandwell Hospital in West Bromwich.

It will offer a green space as a respite for hospital staff, patients, visitors and the local community.
