Path 2 Apprenticeships is a free short course that could help you take the leap into a new, successful career. 

With tailored training and expert support in place, there's plenty of reasons to consider the programme as your next step:

• Gain the skills that businesses are seeking thanks to a training programme co-designed with employers, which comes and no cost to you and lasts up to 16 weeks.
• Build on sought after digital and green skills, plus access support with essentials like CV writing and interview techniques.
• Receive coaching throughout the programme and during the first year of your apprenticeship, providing knowledgeable support to enhance your experience.
• You'll be ready to take on an apprenticeship at level 2 or 3, with opportunities available in a variety of fields.
• You'll be guaranteed an interview for an apprenticeship on completion of the programme with an employer paying National Living Wage, so you can go on to earn while you learn.
• You can forget about exam fear! There are no formal assessments and the programme is especially designed for you to succeed.

• You don't have to be just leaving school; apprenticeships are available to all ages, and Path 2 Apprenticeships is a great option for those aged up to 29.
• Earn (a fair amount) while you learn; apprentices are more frequently being paid National Living Wage by employers, so you can keep learning whilst still covering life's expenses – Path 2 Apprenticeships even gets you an interview with one of these employers.
• You can find apprenticeships with many reputable employers across the region – and Path 2 Apprenticeships can do the searching for you.
• Your time will be well spent; receiving a qualification on completion makes an apprenticeship well worth it, not to mention the invaluable workplace experience.

Could this programme be for you?

Path 2 Apprenticeships is available to anyone who is:

• Aged 19 to 29
• Not in employment or education OR;
• Claiming Universal Credit, which you can retain for the duration of the programme.

This programme is designed to work for you, so that you can get into work! Training is flexible, and further support can be discussed in regards to transport, childcare, mentoring adjustments, and digital devices.
