Social Care Webinar - May 2021
A career in social care is truly rewarding and offers a variety of different roles that are all vitally important and focus on helping individuals and society.
This webinar explored the training, recruitment and career progression for jobs in social care, as well as the benefits and rewards of working in this sector.
We would particularly welcome attendance from groups who are under-represented in the sector. In the West Midlands, only 16 per cent of social care workers are male and nine per cent are aged under 25.
