Defining Creative Health, scoping the impact and potential in the Region.

Creative Health is a way of thinking and working that embraces the health and wellbeing benefits of creativity, culture and heritage. It includes a wide range of creative activities; from reading to writing, from watching to performing, from spectating to making and it can take place in health, care, cultural or heritage settings as well as in the home or community.
The West Midlands Combined Authority is committed to working in partnership across our region to fully realise the health and wellbeing benefits of creativity, culture and heritage.
Mubasshir Ajaz, Head of Health and Communities at WMCA recently participated in a short film with National Centre for Creative Health alongside national and regional colleagues to promote Creative Health more broadly. Watch below to find out more.
