What you need to do

There is a clear commitment at senior level of your organisation that mental health matters, stated in a form that is visible and understandable to all employees.

The New Economic Foundation have updated their 5 Ways to Wellbeing to take into account social distancing.

Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust - Healthy Minds provides information on how to access support for depression and anxiety.

Sandwell

Walsall

IPRS Health is offering Free Mental Health Awareness Training to business leaders, managers and supervisors in Walsall.
