Details

On Saturday 23rd March, the Panel met for the second time to understand what practical projects could be funded within the region to adapt to the changes in our climate. The Panel heard from;

Tony Thapar - Community Environment Fund Manager who shared the WMCA's fund which has funded community groups to tackle environmental issues, which climate adaptation a category for the fund.

Ellie Murtagh - UK Climate Adaptation Lead from the British Red Cross who shared what risks the UK will face and who will be most affected.
