The Government's new Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) has now replaced HUG. However, the Devolved Retrofit Pilot, part of the West Midland's Trailblazing Devolution Deal, means eligible applicants in the WMCA area will be ineligible for the national scheme.
